This section is highly important, as it is where we collect key information about the final products regarding our Magazine, Poster and Trailer to therefore create a survey of questions which are answered by the intended audience. This influences and finalizes the outcome of each piece created.
Enhancing our concept of ideas, the survey and results are presented visually helping to gain a better understanding of what the intended audience requested. In order to execute the demands of the audience, social media was incorporated to highlight how we communicated as a group to our audience.

Evidence
Each slide show presents the participants that have taken part in my survey through the social medium of WhatsApp. There are ten participants in total. I personally preferred gaining feedback through the use of WhatsApp as I believe the intended audience are more engaged as the questions are being directed at them personally, as oppose to them responding through a survey directed and asked to a variety of people such as an electronic survey e.g. Quick Surveys.
Results
Conclusion
There were a mixture of results as there's a large minority of the audience that don't study Media studies, therefore some may not have comprehended it as well as some others. However, the magazine questions were generally simplistic therefore some of the feedback were quite genuine. Such as the colour schemes and the pricing of the actual magazine. Likewise, the gathered feedback suggested that the colour scheme should be based around grey, black and mint green. Also that our font style and mastheads should be kept quite simplistic as it provides more eligibility, as well as the magazine costing £1.50. These are the main features of our magazine that should be followed, the remaining's are highly likely to be followed, although some elements maybe debatable.

This section presents ten participants taking part in our written questionnaire, recognising 50 per cent being male, whilst the opposing 50 are female. This provides a better and clear comprehension as a group for our target audience, as we are targeting both genders, therefore we wanted to see if there were any specific correlations because of this. The images illustrate each survey completed by whom is holding it. |
Video research, (further developed from written questionnaire)
We wanted to contribute more visual from the feedback of our written questionnaires, therefore I selected three existing participants to be interviewed with the same questions that they had already answered from original questionnaire. This simply enhances the communication skills gained when collecting feedback from the intended audience.
Results
Conclusion
The poster feedback was considerably similar to the magazine feedback as there were similar questions asked which again provided the same outcome of feedback. This was highly promising as it suggests that the audience are being consistent with their choice of selection, therefore heightening a sense of focus when providing key and significant feedback for us as a group to follow. Consequently to this, the poster feedback was focusing more on the antagonist and protagonist, highlighting the mutual feelings between us as a group relating to the audience, as we agree with making the antagonist the main image and for them to be handling some sort of prop.

Evidence&Analysis
Conclusion
The trailer questions were far more different to our magazine and poster questions, suggesting that there was a higher variation in the feedback from our intended audience. On the other hand, questions based around the antagonist did show the highest correlation throughout, therefore heightening the sense of demand regarding the incorporation of making the antagonist the focal point at all times, following the normality of a horror structure. Features that we have considered the most, is the success and delivery of our sound, regarding the sound portrayed of specific items and objects within our trailer as well as the use of dialogue and voiceovers. Also the amount of captions delivered, recognising the highest vote equating to seven, signifying that we shall then include seven captions to create an eerie and creepy atmosphere unto the audience.
Overall Conclusion
To conclude, the information gathered from the tasks has highlighted the importance of communicating in a varies of ways to our audiences, as it influences their choices, impacting on the feedback given. As a group we still need to finalise the most important elements gathered from all three tasks, however we agree with the majority of the audiences feedback so decision making should be effortless.
